Our military specification flexible plastic packaging barrier and antistatic bags meet a broad range of military specifications.  We supply MIL-PRF-131 Film Foil, Tyvek, Paper Foil and Scrim Foil; Mil-PRF-121 Poly kraft; Mil-PRF-22191 Poly Mylar, Aclar Poly & Polyethylene; Mil-PRF-81705 ESD/EMI Opaque Static Shielding, ESD Translucent Static Shielding materials fabricated into a wide range of Mil-DTL-117 bags.

Our flexible plastic packaging and medical pouch products are fabricated from a variety of thermoplastic materials.  Polyvinyl Chloride is one of the most versatile of all plastics because of its wide range of properties depending on the custom formulation.  Our PVC Oxygen Pouches require flexibility to -40 degrees below zero and flame resistance to stringent FAA requirements.  PVC can be formulated to meet military specifications, and antistatic requirements as well as a variety of other characteristics depending on your requirements.  We also make flexible plastic packaging products of polyethylene and polypropylene films, as well thermoplastic coated fabrics and thermoplastic foams. One of the highest performing films we fabricate is polyurethane film.  Polyurethane has terrific abrasion resistance, extreme low temperature flexibility, a very high tensile strength and extreme elasticity.  Polyurethane is outstanding in high-performance applications, but it is substantially more expensive than PVC.
