JH Nunn offers the capability and facility in Contract Metal Fabrication using Deep Draw Forming and Hydroforming Metal technologies that provide integrated one-stop capabilities.  Virtually every machine process needed to produce a precision metal form parts and assemblies is found under our roof.  Being a vertically integrated company minimize costs and gives us the control necessary to comply with customers' detailed specifications and stringent delivery requirements.

Our facilities to meet the rigid Mil Specs and Standards required for government aerospace and military products.  As a result our commercial customers can benefit from the same critical standards that allow us to supply critical military components.

All our Metal products are made in U.S.A. We've earned a reputation for Deep Drawing and Hydroforming parts other shops have declined to quote. Our facility combines Hydroforming Metal, Deep Drawing, CNC machining, Spinning, Secondary operations, Finishing and Assembly. Our full in house capabilities eliminate the need for multiple vendors, allowing customers to order a complete assembly from one vendor.

JH Nunn Deep Draw Forming capabilities range in diameters from one half-inch to 24 inches with a standard maximum depth of 24 inches. We have done specialty drawn enclosures as deep as 55 inches.  Maximum blank size for Deep Drawing is 48 inches.

JH Nunn Hydroforming Metal capabilities can produce parts of to 15 inches in diameter and 10 inches deep.  The maximum blank diameter for Hydroforming is 21 inches.
